About NotifyMD

Since 1986, NotifyMD has worked with healthcare providers to help them overcome patient communication difficulties. Throughout the years our understanding of the particular challenges facing healthcare providers deepened, and that knowledge has helped us expand our services to more than 20,000 healthcare providers across the U.S. Today, NotifyMD is the nation's largest provider of HIPAA-compliant, medical only, after-hours answering service.

As we worked with medical practices, it became clear that they needed a daytime solution as well, one that provided them with capabilities to integrate call encounters with their practice management systems and electronic medical records. In 2003, after two years of custom development, NotifyMD launched its Daytime Call Management solution.

Then, in 2007, building on the knowledge we gained from having a medical only focus, we launched NotifyMD's Patient Outreach solutions. These solutions offer healthcare organizations a customizable suite of live voice communication solutions, from patient information services that increase patient volume and continuity of care to patient experience surveys and class registration services.
